At Sharp Mortgages, we believe in more than just providing home financing solutions; we are committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
SERVING UP A CURE
Our owner, Bill, started a charity tennis tournament 'Serving Up a Cure' back in 2011 with his two friends. Over the last 10 years, we have been able to raise and give away over $345,000 in total to local Cancer treatment and research organizations. Our mission statement is simple "Helping Jacksonville cure Cancer". Serving Up A Cure relies on volunteers with much of the event's expenses being covered by sponsorships, Tennis players and in-kind donations from local businesses and individuals. All funds go directly to the charities we serve - The Ellie Kavalieros DIPG Fund, The Gabriel House of Care and Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
ACE THE STIGMA
Ace The Stigma's goal is to raise funds, increase awareness, provide education, and support individuals struggling with mental illness. Join us May 3-5, 2024 in Charlotte, NC at the Inaugural Ace The Stigma Memorial Tennis Tournament, honoring Chuck Reiney.
