We moved to Jacksonville 5 yrs ago our realtor at the time introduced us to Bill Sharp and his team...it can be extremely stressful when it comes to getting a mortgage, but Sharp Mortgage made the process then so smooth, they explained everything, kept us informed even if there was no more new news, they never made us feel "dumb" ...fast forward 5 years...time to do it again...oh and BTW, in between we received birthday cards, Thanksgiving cards, Christmas cards and Just Because cards, great reminders to have when you need to make that call again...this time it was a 3 way sell and buy and with an appraisal challenge... in the middle we had to reboot and they just kept me calm and in the loop...did it stop at closing?...No...they are very informative on what todo after you buy your home...You absolutely CANNOT go wrong with Bill Sharp and his staff...Ms B is one of a kind...didn't matter what size of question I had, she listened and got back with me...sorry Bill but there are no more plans of moving...but...???
